Returns and Exchanges:

• All return and exchange request shall be made within seven (7) days after receiving the item. After the said period, all purchases are final. 
• Items must be returned in original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging (tags, boxes, dust bags, etc.).
• Shipment of return items and pick up of replacement items shall be arranged by the customer. 
• In the event that items have defects, we sincerely apologize, you can send us a message on Instagram @dailycarryph or email us at dailycarryph@gmail.com so we can better assist you with your concern. Shipping expenses will be covered by us.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will be done via online transfer. 
  

• The materials we use are water resistant but avoid excessive water exposure.
• Should there be any stain or dirt, mix some mild soap and warm water then put an adequate amount on a non-abrasive cloth to wipe the bag. Do not use bleach or any alcohol based cleaners.
• If the lining of the bag gets dirty, turn it inside and out and clean it with mild soap and warm water. Let it air dry completely before using again.
• Our bags are durable but do avoid putting extremely heavy items inside the bag.
• Keep inside the dustbag and away from direct sunlight when not in use.
